New Kalabsha

New Kalabsha is an archaeological site located in Aswan, Egypt. It is a temple dedicated to the Nubian god Mandulis, which was originally built during the reign of Augustus and later relocated to its current location during the salvage archaeology campaign in the 1960s. This relocation was also to save it from being flooded by the Aswan High Dam.

The new Kalabsha temple is now part of the Nubian Monuments of Abu Simbel, Philae, and Kalabsha World Heritage Site and is open to visitors.
