You can avail the postpay installments option when:
- The flight ticket value is 100 SAR or more (excluding convenience fees)
- The flight departure date is more than 34 days from the booking date.
Note: The postpay installments cannot be availed with the 'Pay Later (Price Lock)' payment option.

Once you select ‘Installments with postpay’ you will be shown three equal installments to be paid. The first part payment will be processed once you click on ‘Proceed’ and the other two payments are due every month thereafter.

Yes, this payment method is completely secure.
The approval process may consist of a quick pre-authorization to ensure the card is not used fraudulently. This may be communicated in the form of a notification by the bank, however, this is immediately voided by Postpay. They do not receive any funds. For further doubts, you can connect with Postpay.
You will be sent reminders prior to the installment deduction date. However, if the payment processing fails due to some reason, it is processed again the next day. If the payment process fails after 2 attempts, a late fee will be applicable.
You can raise a concern if you feel the event was not as expected.
The payment process will be initiated as per the agreed date. If it fails due to insufficient funds, the process is tried again the next day. If that does not go through, then a late fee is applicable. The notifications and reminders will be communicated through emails allowing you to arrange the payments with alternative cards if needed. You can always contact Postpay for any clarifications.
You cannot change the payment date to a later date, you can however pay off the balance earlier.
In case you cancel the ticket, the further installments are stopped immediately. If any refund is applicable on your ticket, it will be processed as per the number of installments paid.
